EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Save time and money: measure twice, purchase once. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product(s), we will happily accept your return.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of delivery.

To request a return label at no cost, please reach out to costco@sassywoof.com.

Once return or exchange is received, please allow 2-3 days for processing. If you request a return, credit is applied to your original form of payment usually within 24-48 hours. If you request a exchange, please email us at costco@sassywoof.com to ensure that we still have stock left of the size/item you are requesting.

EXCHANGES

Does your product not fit quite right? We are happy to help you pick the correct size for your pup! You may need to go up or down one size. Reach out to us at costco@sassywoof.com and we can help you decide.

couriers

Once the package has left the Sassy Woof warehouse, we cannot control the shipping speed of your item. We ship most orders through USPS, but you can purchase expedited shipping at checkout. If your package appears to be delayed, please reach out to our team!

U.S. SHIPPING

Standard shipping is included on all orders $20+ to the contiguous U.S. Orders under $20 will have a $3.99 nonrefundable shipping fee. Most orders take 1-2 business days to process and leave our warehouse, and an additional 2-5 business days to arrive.

tracking information

You should receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has shipped. You will be able to track your order using this link.

Refunds

Once your product is returned, a team member will reach out to let you know that the order has been refunded. It can then take 2-3 business days for the funds to show back to your original payment method.
